Imagine a world where HxH had weekly chapters on "weekly" shounen jump. A world where we would be 3-4 arcs beyond the dark continent and have discussions about new chapters ever week. A world where Togashi could freely write, draw and be dedicated to doing it.
good things need time I can't even imagine the type of garbage that comes out from the mind of a human who overworks himself every week without time to cool off and explore other sides of his life
John Miller
The other side of another dragon quest playthrough
Henry Perry
human beings are not machines. nothing good can come from a cyclical almost robotic behavior that takes away from everything else in your life. our potential is limitless, but because we are human. we should act like humans, it's how we grow from experiences, not zombies driven by a morbid cyclical schedule the fact that you people seriously believe his time is spent 24/7 on dragon quest games and idol shit is proof enough of how robotic yourselves have become. I bet you are as deep inside as your line of thought
Hunter Butler
It's common knowledge he's not working on the manga both because his back hurts, and because he has no reason to. His wife, and therefore he, is loaded. And HxH is the 2nd most popular manga on WSJ. He has no reason to continue, ever, and so prob spends his time playing vidya. It's not that deep schizo.
Adrian Harris
then you have only to stop being upset. how many months, years has it been? you will never gain resolution from your ass injuries, it just doesn't work like that
Matthew Richardson
In using this to poke fun at Togashi, anons have conceded his superiority.
Yes, Togashi is free: free of tropes, cliches, and shounen narratives; free of boredom, stupidity, and laziness; free of drudgery and obligation; free of everything but genius.
Because Togashi creates from desire, waiting itself becomes beautiful, for we know that pure quality gestates within him. The Hunterchad is not a consumerist slave: he loves what is already existing, and knows it as the greatest work of the Eastern canon; if more chapters release, tis a boon, but it is not requisite for our love. This is why threads consistently hit bump limits two years after a chapter release. No other mangaka could hope to achieve this.
Hunterchads have long since understood that Hunter x Hunter is philosophy first, poetry second, and in the history of both you find that many masterworks take many years. (Goethe took 57 for Faust.) Readers at our level have long since overcome time: this is why the insults of anons strike us like a candle does the sun.
This feeling of time running out --- of being scared of time, despising waiting, lacking patience --- is the feeling of being unloved and of not having received it properly. Togashi loves his work, therefore waiting is easy---readers of HxH have more than just brilliance, we have faith. I would never wait for a writer who writes conditionally. "I love all that is written with blood." Togashi is the exception among the heap.
2 YEARS WITHOUT A CHAPTER user, 2 FUCKING YEARS WITHOUT A SINGLE 12 PAGE CHAPTER. STOP EXCUSING TOGASHI LAZINESS YOU FUCKING KEK PIECE OF SHIT. HE DOES NOT NEED THIS FUCKING LONG FOR A MANGA LIKE HXH
Sebastian Scott
>nice dubs Togashi is lucky he has plenty of free time to actually have a life compared to mangaka that slave 24/7 and have no social lives.
Look ar Gintama's author. Makes a world famous manga, long-ass anime series and yet doesn't make much money, as his publishers takes all of it. It's an industry that is made to shit out manga and one or even a hundred authors quitting halfway don't mean shit to the publishing company.
The only way to stay is to get popular and not be like every other mangaka. Your stress won't make sales.
I'm not upset though? Peak autism can't read emotions through text, kys
Hudson Campbell
>[laughs in berserk]

Implying your shonernshit brain is capable of any reading comprehension thats why Togashi feel the need to explain everything to you retards multiple times. You are too stupid for a soft seinen like One Piece. It doesnt matter tho as your shit series has been replaced by JJK which has a betetr power system, characterization and plot.
Lucas Butler
(Attempt to) read the extant 391 chapters and you will understand.
Mason Cooper
no chapter in 2 years. 2 years user. even for togashi's quality, 6 months of 10 minute work per day. but no.
Austin Diaz
Laughs in hxh, nana, vagabond, real, world trigger
Logan Martinez
>tracing means it's good
Grayson Cruz
Wow Togashi is a hack incapable of creativity.
Easton Diaz
so true. thanks for the reply
Jeremiah Martinez
I know that this is bait copypasta, but I'm actually at peace with what we got of HxH, the new material is good, and I don't really care if I don't see the DC or the result of the brawl between the princes. Not because it's bad, it's very interesting, but it's definitely something without which I can live.
Henry Brooks
>what is intertextuality >what is pastiche >what is symbolism >what is archetype Thousands of different religious and non-religious texts shaped in one way or another by each other, voyage of saint Brendan itself is an object of a debate, was it influened by The Voyage of Bran or Voyage of Voyage of Mael Duin? Many texts and stories have certain amount of 'refrences' to each other for inspirational, thematic or intextectual reasons. >Intertextuality is a literary device that creates an 'interrelationship between texts' and generates related understanding in separate works. These references are made to influence the reader and add layers of depth to a text, based on the readers' prior knowledge and understanding. Ulysses by James Joyce is a retelling of Homer's Odyssey I didn't expect weeklyshonenspics on Zig Forums know shit about actual literature and its history, but treating such basic literary devices as 'LMAO tracing" is pretty abysmal.
Yes, Act-Age may have been axed. But HxH doesn't need a cancellation in order to not produce new content.
Andrew King
What shonenshitters don’t seem to get -because their whole experience with media is based on braindead consuming of the next soulless corporate weekly product - is that we Hunterchads are not consumerist freaks obsessed with closure or schedule. It's already the greatest manga ever made. And Togashi's individuality, releasing at his own pace without bowing to anyone, is what made this masterpiece. Much like his exploration of individuality in the Chimera Ant arc. Zig Forums loves HxH because it's kino, nothing more nothing less, while other series move to irrelevancy without any new content, HxH will always be there on the catalog without releasing anything.
You can show symbolism in other ways than blatantly tracing a painting for your dumb shounen cartoon cover.
Austin Williams
could this be any more true nothing is more soothing and relaxing to the soul than knowing your favorite series will remain at the top unbeatable throughout your entire lifetime regardless of what comes next (seeing as rival creators of the present already solidified their mediocrity), all this because natural law dictates that a genius like togashi is one in ten million
Julian Carter
The absolute state of HxH >Dishonest Paneling >Post-Isekai inversions >Grating indefinite amateurish line-work >Gatcha Game Iconography >Proto-Slysoy Disenfranchisement peddled as NEET/ entertainment/Herbivore Powerplay >Neo netouyo hangups: scene schizophrenia and meme dialogue >Meta-Structure syndrome (refusing to build narrative structure is just as problematic as indulging in See: U19) >Stoicism as social currency inverted through solipsistic ToC fetish
we get it, luffyfans are laughing with their mouths wide at hiatus, yada yada, does the joke ever freshens itself?
Easton Walker
>[MINDBROKEN, reduced to using Zig Forums memes] Sad!
Benjamin Wood
Tell you what. We'll make some new jokes when you guys get a new chapter. Sound fair?
John Cruz
He said the next ten chapters were already done just before the 2 years. He doesn't give a shit.
David Davis
>whisper fags are a bunch of tourists who don't know togashi finished the storyboard for the next volume years ago
Jordan Ward
Guys, I have decided. I will go to Togashi's house and ask him what he's been up to. You can't change my mind anymore. I'm going to go and ask him personally, then deliver you news, fellow hunterchads. Maybe I can even convince him for a consistent 1 chapter per year. I shall prepare for my journey now. Wish me luck.
But before that, anyone know where he lives?
Tyler Morris
>My creativity is dependent on HxH returning. We knew Wanpissers were intellectually bankrupt but... Not like this!
Connor Price
He lives in Japan. Good luck user.
Andrew Bell
But then Zig Forums would hate it because they're contrarians
Hunter Reed
ok, I'll go to Japan and find him there. Thank you user.
Joshua Edwards
you sure you can guarantee that? your manga's been making the same gag for each mugiwara for more than 2 decades now, I wouldn't be so bold to go making such promises
I don't follow this series in the slightest though I liked YYH. How the fuck does he get away with this shit without getting fired/cancelled? Did YYH make him that much money?
