All of the characters there have the exact same design. Same face shape with the same soulless and overblown colors. There's no passion as all the characters are the same "LOOK AT ME!! IM COLOURFUL!" types. Meanwhile you can see the individual strokes Akutami put into his masterful drawing of Itadori. He lets his artistry do the talking and doesn't rely on cheap tricks like bright colors, because he knows that his fanbase are not the same as the prototypical reptile-brained shonenshitter.
