Jack technically has the best endurance feats in the series as of yet due to surviving the Admiral rush that was sent against him and surviving, while also fighting cat and dog while not talking any real damage. Meanwhile, Queen honestly doesn't seem to like not being in total control of a situation and has a focus on games and toys like the explosive collars.

The BMP's are notable because we actually have a decent idea about all of their major fighters; it's all the adult members of the family along with Tamago, (formerly) Pekoms, some modestly powerful Homies, and whatever allies they can scrounge up, backed by a country's worth of normal homies that are at least as strong as, like, a normal fishman underwater or a mink or something. Compare them to the Whitebeard Pirates and their twenty commanders and allied crew and they're actually slightly less top heavy. Meanwhile, the Beast Pirates have multiple groups of 'fodder' while only having about the same amount of important figures in the crew (Flying Six, All Starts, some Headliners, and the Numbers) as the other Yonko crews.

I don't know where you got the idea that Oven was supposed to be Jack tier. The Calamity's parallel in the BMP are the Sweet Commanders, Cracker would be Jack's parallel. The issue I'd say with Wano is that despite the goal being to take down Kaido and his crew, we don't really get introduced to any of them outside of Act 3. Page One was introduced with the same level of gravitas as Holdem or Babanuki despite being one of the top fighters.

The Big Mom Pirates are the well oiled machine crew that favors traps, strategy, assassination, and careful planning unlike the Meathead Pirates.
Of course anything they do will look better by comparison.

BMP's are more versatile than the beast pirates. Unlike the beast pirates, BMP's don't really have fodder. Though some crew members may not as powerful are other high ranking members, they can still assist with the situation.
All signs point to yes. The Beast Pirates are structured in a way that they could collapse any day.
