Binge watched all 26 episodes yesterday.
I thought it was really REALLY good up until the needlessly drawn out psycho/philosophical analysis of shinji n' friends, and following that, the anti-climactic solution/conclusion. I'm left with more questions than answers. Hopefully the movies will help remedy this void in my heart. I really wanted to give it a ~9/10 but it gets a solid ~8.1062/10 give or take a decimal or two.
