maybe not in quality, but one is way more painful on the wrists...

Selecting the Eraser tool and then holding down the right mouse button allows you to paint over the primary color with the secondary color.

I have a pen tablet, but when it comes to drawing in Paint it's somehow much easier for me to use a mouse. Because cheap tablets suck.

There are programs that let you use a hard pixel "pencil" brush, how do you know no one is using those.
