The act-age wikipedia page says that all english volumes from 2 and up are cancelled, because their pages on VIZ have been removed, but it's still possible to preorder them on Amazon. Hope is less than slim, but who knows, maybe at least volume 2 will be released?

The ownership is basically writer+artist with shueisha on top and I don't think shueisha and artist are willing to let him do anything about it anymore. He can probably "leak" it if he want, but we don't know what their contracts are, maybe the publisher can sue his ass over it.
