First 2 seasons are good as a kids show. It went to shit when they decided to remove the power levels from the battles.
Masquerade’s identity blew my mind when it was airing as a young lad.

But Metal Fight and Burst are both so much better than the first series it's not even funny, and even within the first series G Revolution is better than the first season.
I liked the first two seasons and I watched it on occasion after that, although I don't think it was popular at all in Japan, and the reboot is a really bad looking Canadian cartoon rather than anime.
