Can anime still happen? The author doesn’t need to be involved

Can we put all shouneniggers to death?

Oh come on, did I miss something? I read something about him being a pedo but I thought you guys were joking.

anime is used to promote manga, now there's nothing to promote

LOL I doubt it.

>author killed the anime adaptation
Based. I hope it kills the studio.

This will never make sense to me. Imagine having how lucky you are to be able to write a manga in wsj and get a great artist to draw it for you so you aren't even overworked. How can you be on track to become a famous manga artist, get a stageplay, get an anime, finally get an in to becoming a director like you dreamed, all while making millions of dollars, and throw it all away to grab some underage girls boob. Even if you are a pedo how much satisfaction can that even give you, it's just stupid.

They already removed the manga from most stores and stopped the printing. They just want to get rid of the series entirely.

user, people don't commit crimes thinking they are going to be caught, that's just not how people work.

The darkest timeline. Any manga that is prevented from being butchered into a TRASHnime is a good thing, even at the cost of the series' continuation. SHITnime is a flawed, utterly artless medium corrupted by commercialism and dishonesty.

But if it keeps being popular

Yes, but there has to be some sort of risk and reward calculation. This was just retarded.

I genuinely believe act age could be near a Kimetsu level hit. Kimetsu exploded because it got a ton of female fans and older fans who didn't read wsj and discovered it from the anime. I think act age could have done the exact same thing. If the anime was really good anyway. Whatever, it doesn't matter....

Nah, most of the time people don't calculate the consequences of their actions should they fail, they just calculate their chances of succeeding.

>there has to be some sort of risk and reward calculation
Our brains are the same as the ones our ancestors from millions of years ago. Middle schooler ass smack is physical, right in front of your eyes, accolades and riches are abstract, our monkey brains weren't evolved to handle it and the end result is that the scale tips in favor of molesting a schoolgirl.

Based on the date of the play, I imagine they thought the manga would still be going until at least 2022. Do you guys think there was enough material to get that many chapters? I wasn't a reader, but it's my understanding that the "main arc" was the director's movie. Did that have any development recently or were they handling something different?

Its over user

Can't wait for death island ;_;

you are obviously going to think about being caught if you walk up to the person and face them directly, then grab their fucking ass

>By JC Staff
A fan went back in time to stop this monster

is this manga that good, only found out about it because of the recent news

not that it matters, but wsj is fucking retarded for agreeing to let them adapt it

Even if you like underaged ass that much, wouldn't a little voice in your head tell you how pathethic and lame is to touch kids' butts from a bicycle? Imagine how shameful is to go to jail because of that. Not something badass like shooting someone or doing drugs, but touching a kid.

At the very least it was something pretty unusual for Jump, a perfect chance to grab lots of money from people that ussually wouldn't care about them, and a great test for more unorthodox manga now that they have to broaden their horizons (even if it had pretty much a shonen/spokon structure, it was, like Bakuman, about a wildly different topic than what they normally do).

all act age threads are now coping threads. not in the buzzword sense, but literally.

It seems like people either loved it or it wasn't their cup of tea to begin with. But it was something that stood out from the crowd in WSJ, and they were starting to push it as one of the next big things. It was one of my favorite ongoing manga in general.

It's readily available on Amazon

How would that encounter even work out? How do you even make someone else touch kids?

There is literally nothing left, so what do you expect?

I bet he hates his parents. It didn't cross his mind how shameful and pathetic it would be to have a street molester as a son. He could've been that son who is a successful mangaka with a foreign wife who's just a tad too young.
