I remember watching this in high school. At the time I was terribly shy and awkward around girls, not to mention depressed and bitter from social exclusion. I thought it was fascinating to see things from the female point of view, and I wished I had the point of entry to even go through the same troubles as all the characters.Then Akio showed up. Are the episodes made after the English dub (so episodes 106-later) any good? I know they introduce two new Ham-Hams and some candy world. Saw a few episodes of Hamtaro as a child, and it was probably the first anime series I've ever seen. Either that or Pokemon.

Between Serial Experiments Lain, Neon Genesis Evangelion, [any Oshii film] and Tatami Galaxy I can’t tell which one has more shitposting. They will catch up and start shitting on Utena eventually (well maybe not because it’s 39 episodes long) but knowing that the discussion of it isn’t mostly shitposting (yet) makes me happy. There have been many threads shitting on fucking Princess Tutu of all things in the last few months: no one is safe.
Because Princess Tutu and Utena have that "Shoujo" aesthetic which wards off shitposters
