So where do you think they're going with the whole "Spirit of the Sword" thing?
My money is it'll be some arc where Kobayashi finds out by pulling the sword it's holy spirit went into her and gave her an aura that made dragons tamer around her, giving an out as to why every dragon that ends up against her eventually yields despite being a weak human.
Then she and Tohru get all self-concious as to whether or not Tohru's love of her is real or just the sword's power, leading to a dramatic decision on whether or not to remove the enchantment complete with some introspection from Kobayashi and Tohru as to whether or not they could go back to their old lives if it turns out their relationship is just caused by it.
Obviously in the end their love would turn out to be genuine and they'd stay together. May even work as a place to officially end the series. Dunno if COOL has talked about how much longer he wants to have it run for.
