A very fucking annoying family, you have to break through her Ice Queen persona and then still find a way to help her regain her sense of autonomy without her feeling like you did all of the legwork. And even you've got her swooning over you, there's her family there still. Oh, and you have to deal with that loser Haruno.

Probably the easiest to approach and talk to, but she might be even more troublesome to convince to date you than Yukinoshita. You'd have to make a preponderant positive effect on her life so that she falls in love with you and believes it's true love, otherwise she'll remain elusive and unattainable. And remember, you're not 8man, so you don't get any dogs to save, or self-sacrifices to make during the Service Club.

Another very tricky girl. Iroha might not be as friendly as Yui, but she'd give you more attention than Yukinoshita would, with a mix of positive and negative interactions. A lot of jabs aimed at you, and she will start to "rely" on you, so you'd have to walk a fine line between helping her and getting through to her to fix her laziness/manipulation, otherwise you're just a beta orbiter she saves as "Free food/work" on her phone. She would probably be the most funny of the three and you'd laugh a lot, but you have a lot of competition in Hayama even though he's a fucking weirdo (though Iroha is unaware). Scoring postive points with her would be the easiest, but the problem is that she asks for an impossibly high score. So you need to find a way to keep her happy, keep her laughing, being prevalent enough so that you're not just a faceless source of free work for her, and you need to find a way to rig her standards to your favor.

if you go by attainability like that, they are all impossible for your average dude, especially one that frequents Zig Forums. they are literally the uber stacies. from what we see from their personality in the anime tho, yui is the most fun and healthy
