True, there is just no way it can fail, I mean, Ok, it can, but even after hack and all and all problems it had while still unknown (not that is too known now but there is prob a little more awareness) it is standing rock solid, with many upgraded features, marketing slowly commencing and refund hasn't even started...Not to mention tokenomics and what idea and project is doing...

Can I get some clarification on this refund? If we weren't holding STA at the time of the hack, do we still get the refund if we are a current top holder? Is it distributed evenly to current holders or just to those who were in before? Or just does it all go to the pool? Love the project, bit I'm still a bit confused

Balancer will be refunding the amount of tokens you had pooled not there value
so if you had 1 bitcoin you will get refunded 1 bitcoin regardless of price
balancer will be refunding
Bitcoin, ethereum, snx and chainlink in the amount you had in pool or total tokens
statera devs will be refunding statera

It only goes to the people who had money in the pool, not to every STA holder. There was $500k of people's money that got stolen, this is a reimbursement for that.

Why would you get refund if in time of the hack you weren't even a holder. You are getting refunded only if you were a pooler and pooled tokens in old pool that was hacked, because they are the only one that lost tokens. STA tokens are being refunded by Statera Team, other tokens Balancer Labs...Hope it clarifies it...
