Id be happy to be wrong m8, but you have provided zero reasons to justify the bubble comment. Canada is not the US. We have lots of rich foreigners, stricter banking regulations, and add lots of immigrants to the population every year. All of this drives up demand while we don't build new housing at a reasonable rate.
