As a holder of physical (40 ASEs and about 40 junk rounds/1oz bars), how much can I expect to sell them for? Should I expect to receive spot if I want to cash out via resale to ApMex, JMbullion, or even a physical dealer shop? Or can I work some sort of premium into my sale of physical?

Indeed it is.

>all in USD

Extremely well. Check LINK monthly.

t. 85 toz silver, 1/4 toz gold, 900 LINK

Sell for what? Cabbage and bread?

Safest thing to do when you decide to sell is buy a house or buy land. Do not sell it and hold cash. The fiat ponzi is going down.

Didn’t even mean for that to be patronizing. But there is TRUE value in a handful of crypto projects.

give me one good reason i shouldn’t fomo and buy 5oz of silver right now? all signs are green it looks like

>900 LINK

I thought I was fomoing at 22.80

The gains are massive but this also means the financial system is collapsing and we are all doomed.

At that small an amount I would throw them up on Ebay (make sure you have a 'no refund' policy set and take into account whatever cut they take for selling) and see what you can get. You can probably hit a sweet spot somewhere between spot price and the premium the online retailers are charging.
If you had over 100 ounces I would say it would be better to just sell all at once to JMB but with a stack your size why not see if you can piece them out 1 oz at a time and rake in a higher take?

Look I’m all about PMs but you can’t post that meme when LINK is outpacing PMs so significantly it’s crazy...

LINK will never replace physically storable wealth like PMs but it’s pretty ridiculous to write it of as just “1s and 0s” with no value. Even if it’s not “inherent” value per se, that doesn’t mean the data backing it’s value won’t follow through to increase price. Throw a small amount in to have skin in the game to incentivize your own research. We’re all gonna make it by one means or another.

Just buy it. The Fed isn’t going to stop printing. 5 oz is like 1/2 day’s work.

I think he was laughing at how small your stack is.
This is biz, almost all of us have held LINK stacks of 5k or more at some point.

eh they’ll fix it

Seejust my perspective, but seems like the right thing to do when I point bullion holders to LINK. Ultimately boils down to the INHERENT value of data. Cheers.

>This
I'll be trading a few 100oz bars to desperate boomers who need to buy cat food.

Ahhh that’s fair lmfao I misinterpreted. I had about 1250 at my peak and once the folio hit 10K I diversified into AMPL and some other projects. 900 is linklet status unfortunately but hey I’m happy that I’m smart enough to understand it’s value, even if it is later than others.

Pretty good. Today almost did what it took you a decade to accomplish

best idea: don not sell, borrow against it.

I can see Blockchain having value, I'm not convinced its any current project with coins.

should be able to get over spot for ASE easy

LINK will never replace anything because it's a token ponzi scheme.

Saved up over 2k ounces of silver in less than 2 years by saving 50% of my income.
This is a good idea too, however you cannot do that until Silver becomes a monetary metal again. Banks wont take a commodity as collateral.

The big brain answer is to wait for the new paradigm. Even $200 is probably too low. When 1 oz of silver = 1 acre of land, then it's safe to sell.

Yeah this is more or less what I was thinking, thanks for the response. Do you think aims receive EBay buyers without any pre-existing seller reputation? Feel like it’s pretty important with metals. Obviously I would only sell real silver, but there is the burden of doubt.

I've never sold on ebay desu so I can't tell you for sure. I plan on basically holding my bullion until I want to trade it for something.

How can I borrow against my physical silver?
I would do it in a. Heartbeat

Based. Whether it be crypto or bullion, we’re all ultimately betting on USD shortcomings (at the very least) or failure (at the very most [and most probable imo]). Cheers free.
