too hard for low-iqs to understand like they do with ampl
Parker Brown
Sad I had the chance to go all in at $850 a token and didn't.
Brandon Moore
Same, I've dismissed it at around $1.2k fomoed in at $2.4.
Some serious money flowed in today, big investors are starting to take notice, most of the major players in crypto have already jumped on board. I'm literally just following the money here
Everything I've read makes YFI sound like bleeding edge technology and MTA is a pos. I do think MTA is undervalued in comparison, but does it really stand a chance against YFI?
Ayden Torres
MTA doesn't even exist on the same plane as YFI/Yearn. Pic related is where MTA fits into the grand scheme of things. MTA is just another option for Yearn, just another concubine in its figurative harem of yield playthings.
Yearn.Finance (YFI) is a quality of project that only comes maybe once every 1 to 2 years in crypto. Thier vision is that eventually yStables will be used as the de facto settlement asset for all financial activity in crypto if not the world. Here’s an analogy. USDC is like keeping USD under your mattress. cUSDC is like putting your USD in a savings account at a bank. yUSDC is like putting your USD with a robo-advisor who then puts your USD in the highest savings account it can find and automatically rotates it to the best interest-bearing savings account across all the banks while charging you nothing. Currently, in the crypto space, stablecoins are used for transfers, margining, borrow/lending. They are used across DeFi and CeFi (exchanges and OTC). Anything USDT can do, yUSDT can do better. Why not trade FTX perps with yUSDT margin? Already FTX takes cUSDT as collateral. Why even have a BTC-USDT pair on Binance when you could have BTC-yUSDT? All that USDT OTC flow from China could be yUSDT. Lastly, why even borrow or lend DAI when you can borrow or lend yDAI (just think about that one). The implications are huge
Can you explain the concept of why MTA tokens gain value if people just farm them and sell them?
Jacob Cooper
No
Hudson Johnson
Imagine how big YFI's marketcap will be when yStables are used as the de facto settlement asset for all financial activity in the world. Think quadrillions.
Okay, user, please give it to me straight. I had 38 of these the other day but sold 10 of them for CUR and DTH. DID I SCREW UP??
Joseph Kelly
how ?
Isaac Ramirez
>how ? >Okay, user, please give it to me straight. I had 38 of these the other day but sold 10 of them for CUR and DTH. DID I SCREW UP?? as long as you hold at least 1 YFI and never sell you haven't screwed up
Ian Jones
is YFI automatically integrated with V2? why wouldn't people just accumulate at these relative prices if it's inevitably going to infinity and beyond as you are all postulating
Jack Cox
CHECKED Zig Forums is going to fomo in when it's above $10k

Anything that starts at double digits and goes up to quad digits in a few days is dodgy in my book. How much potential for growth is there really?
Asher Cook
I bought 5 when I saw it had gone into price discovery after it launched. It had risen to $2k and corrected down to $700, and I bought there.
Within a couple days I thought I was a genius. But as I learned more about YFI, and the price kept rising, I realized I had made a grave mistake. This is the unicorn, and I needed more, but the price kept going up.
I couldn't handle the anxiety. After it fell from $4k, I bought 5 more at $3k and then BTC woke up. And somehow, after a rough morning, the price is right back to where it was. This coin is strong as fuck. I can't believe how well it's held up. No one is selling - we know it's special, it's like we have Satoshi working for us. DO NOT SELL ANY MORE OF YOUR STACK
Jaxon Cooper
>Anything that starts at double digits and goes up to quad digits that's an illusion, if there was an ico it would easily go for at least $300/YFI
Cooper Hughes
Try 100x from here
Joseph Peterson
let me explain it to you differently: literally thousands have just farmed this at a mouth watering return, I even took a screenshot as it's once in a lifetime event. Yet dumps are getting bought. What does that tell you?
I'll probably try buying back my stack if any of these two other things moon beforehand...
The crypto market still has a lot of room to grow and these numbers are fud.
Chase Brown
There will only ever be 30,000 YFI in existence. Buy 1 YFI and never sell. When YFI's yStables are used as the de facto settlement asset for all financial activity in the world, anyone holding 1 YFI will be one the richest people in the world
Jonathan Torres
I’m proud of you anons for finally jumping on this. This thing is gonna be massive.
Eli Ward
Seems too good to be true and I’m too scared to sell some of my LINK. You guys are giving me link vibes and it feels the way presale did. Fuck please give me more crumbs.
Ethan Ward
Speaking of LINK, in a week or so when v2 launches, yLINK will be the first asset in the vault, which will optimize yields from LINK pooling. All idle LINK will gravitate to Yearn.
Ayden Thompson
Scammers
Jack Flores
You fail the IQ test
Hunter Cook
So how would I take advantage of that? Do I have to own YFI? I was considering putting my link in Aave for the interest, I assume this will be better?
Bentley Rivera
Lol here’s a perfect example of a low iq lifeform... anyways moving on
Lincoln Thompson
no you don't have to own yfi to use yearn see also the yvault thread automated yield farming over 46% apr on usdc
