This is what they get for trying to "separate" Railgun and Index as two distinct entities instead of being two parts of one whole for so long, the complete clusterfuck of the timeline notwithstanding. I bet you still a lot of anime-onlies has yet to put two and two together that Index's Dragon's Breath destroyed Tree Diagram, and that the girl in the red uniform Saten meets is the little brown Mexican Girl in Index III.
If Miki had actually did his job or hired someone to oversee the consistency of the story and lore, reconciling the differences between the series, checking and amending contradictions, and having a singular vision as the driving force for this project none of this would happen. It's the fucking Toaru Project as a whole not just Index III or Railgun T project.
