Finished up Suite. Had fun with it, I was concerned after Siren switched sides that Trio the Minor was going to drag the series down. They weren't great by any means but I don't think they really hurt the series. I'll admit after Mephisto went back to normal it seemed pretty ridiculous that Falsetto was actually supposed to be a competent general.

Going into the ending I was starting to think it was going to end in a similar fashion to Y5. Honestly that would have felt out of place but what they ended up doing felt more like a happy medium between that and a more traditional ending. I think it fit pretty well.

Anyway, on to Smile.

Rule number 1 going into Smile is not expecting an overarching story, it's still a pretty fun season though, it has a lot of focus on comedy and wacky plots.

Honestly I liked all four of them, it's kind of hard to pick but I'd have to say Kanade. I really liked seeing her and Hibiki bicker with each other, although that seemed like it mostly stopped around mid series.

But Kanade is ugly

Suite isn't one of the "best" seasons but I think it's easily the most underrated. I'd put it on par with KiraKira personally.

Also Ellen is the best girl.

Kanade is my least favorite of the Suite girls but I still like her. My favorite is Hibiki. The bickering was fun between them but yeah it eventually disappeared.

Yeah, it's not going down as one of my favorites but I had a good time watching it.
I don't know of I can even pick a least favorite. Honestly close to a tie between all 4. I felt the same with Fresh when I watched that too.
