3 episodes in. When does it get good?
It doesn't.
Never
5-8 episodes in. Maybe 12.
When you don't post on Zig Forums.
When you stop posting weak bait.
when you watch FMA03
51 episodes in here. It hasn't happened yet. '03 was better.
No I'm being serious, just got done with episode 3 and it's been fairly mediocre.
when you read the manga
You watch the 03 version first. Then watch what's essentially the recap of the first 5 ish episodes.
Next episode
I'm finished with episode 7 and it's really cringey. Like that one middle school weaboo cringey
>When does it get good?
When Roy appears.
It simply remains ok
It's only ever good if you're a shonenshitter.
If you didn't like it already, then never. It keeps the same level of quality.
Watch the original run, then skip anything that was covered in the original. BH does a horrible job covering that, best example would be Hues' death. In the original it was tragic and actually got what it wanted delivered. In brotherhood his death is meh. They skip all the stuff that made fans love Hues so when he dies it is not as effective.
It gets better in its final bit, but it's start is weak and the middle part is all over the place.
I don't know, I stopped at episode 8, so >8 I guess.
I think this is probably it. Not to bash on shonen, it's fun, but any time a shonen has even marginally more going on than
>MY POWER IS MUCH BIGGER THAN YOUR POWER
>bonk
>bonk!!
>BONK!!!!
It get's heralded as the epitome of anime.

The manga was heavily influenced by the direction 03 took. 03 became a dark drama utilizing the darker tones of the early manga and this wasn't something the mangaka wanted for the series.
So at the point where the two series diverge, BH becomes basically Resident Evil Alchemy addition.
the 2003 anime is better, plus it has a better OST
The first few episodes are shitty, rushed versions of things already covered in 03, minus a few bits like the ice alchemist. It's been so long since I've watched but I believe after the Nina episode (5?) , it becomes it's own thing that's more accurately based on the manga. The weakest arc is probably Briggs due to it being a dragged out slog.
>going dragon hunting just to have a reference for your movie monster
How was Conquerer of Shamballa so much better than everything else Fullmetal Alchemist?
>more accurately based on the manga
pretending like that is a good thing.
haven't watched it and never will.
>They skip all the stuff that made fans love Hues so when he dies it is not as effective.
Like what? You know the stuff 03 added was anime original right?
Here's your (You)
Brehs, is it gay to like Envy.
If I offered to go on a date with him, would he still be evil?
It's not kek. I was just explaining.
