this was the last good arc of berserk
This was the last good arc of berserk
Was the sword of actuation blue? I always envisioned it as a bright red.
Berserk should've ended before the introduction of skull knight IMO. Miura should have just started another manga if he wanted to go into Yuri x slice of life
berserk is just getting good, i like the new moe drawing style muria is using :)
Conviction/Lost Children was max kino
Why is Zodd's right horn so much wider than the stump of his left horn?
You know how one testicle hangs below or above the other one? It’s like that
Yeah, Im getting sick of this fucking fairy island/boat ride.
Berserk started going to shit the second Schierke was introduced.
Thats some nice coloring. Most of the time colored manga like this lose the atmosphere of the original, this one keeps it pretty well.
Fan made?
truth
the new cast is cringe as fk
agreed
puck was shit from the start though
Puck was fine in the pre golden age chapters, he became shit when miura made him pure comic relief and stopped drawing his normal sexy form
Like how he can reattach an arm, I bet he could regrow it but due to losing it to Femto, he instead left it gone as a sign of respect and probably altered his right one to be more of a spear/compensation. No idea how true, if at all this is though.
Figured it would be similar to the color of other behelits and not red since crimson would imply he'd been swallowing godhand behelits.
>Expected a fight
>It's just one deflected slash
This
This. That was the point where some lowkey cosmic horror dark fantasy turned into a JRPG.
Why?
Yup, slowly started feeling less like a metal music video and more and more like a d&d quest.
>filename
Why is this shit so common? It happens so often that I expect every long-running series to turn into magical shit and switch the genre to that or at least introduce magic into a setting that never hinted it before and I am usually right unless it's some outright historical series or something.
>filtered by Schierke
When people run out of ideas in a fantasy show, magic is an easy way to push the plot forward and increase the stakes.
Its the same reason why every zombie series always switches the villains from zombies to humans.
>Its the same reason why every zombie series always switches the villains from zombies to humans.
True. Feels a hit like "our enemy is actually God" trope jrps have.
>magic wasn't in Berserk from the very beginning
Shierke is fine, Isidro and chestnut Puck are terrible. Conviction introduced the most terrible characters of the series but thankfully many of them were dropped.
Puck was a good character in Lost Children too but he lost most of his personality after Guts gave up on his hunt for apostles.
correct answer
Isidro was never good
Schierke at least has some good moments and is cute.
both of them are shit. you only like her because you are a pedophile
Can we all agree that Skull Knight is the most based character?
