This can be interpreted any number of ways. they are actively working on the code (i saw a github commit happened an hour ago). and if they feel that they are "very close" then i believe them. For the sake of covering their ass they're not going to make any promises at this point. who knows someone could bring forth a bug on the last day of the bounty [i.e the day before the last day of the month] and that would require a push back. but again who cares? a few days late? yeah the price might drop a bit if it gets delayed, but the fundamentals are still there: the UI looks great and they are solving major issues (plural) in the space.
