One of those links is broken, but doing a google search of it, it seems to have been Jojo Opening 2 bloody stream? Here is my definitive ranking of all of them. Critieria being, the animation quality, the song, the hypeness, how iconic it is, etc etc.
Bleach > JOJO OP2 > DBZ OP 1 > Kimestu no Yaiba OP > My Hero Academia >> Black Clover >>> Hunter X Hunter >>> Naruto >>>>>>>> Boruto
The top 5 for me are all incredibly well made and iconic openings, some of them even got me into the anime/manga like JOJO OP 2. Black Clover is a step under for not being particularly original, the opening's direction having some odd parts, and not being the most hype. It is a decent opening, just not amazing. Never seen Hunter x Hunter, but that opening sucks anyway. Naruto has so many better openings. Surprisingly, Naruto's first opening isn't iconic compared to many later openings. It's a nice song though. Boruto opening is just meh.

For One Piece, I think Opening 5 ''kokoro no chizu" better reflects post-Alabasta One Piece. But I can see why they chose We Are, that's iconic too plus it was remade like twice into new openings. We are is a really good opening too, one of OP's best.
I don't like Naruto's choice, but it was a pretty popular opening so I can see why they chose it.
For Bobobo, even tho it fits the series better than opening 1, I like opening 1 MUCH better. So this is the one choice I don't agree with at all.
For the rest of the animes I've seen, Toriko, DBZ, Yuyu, JoJo, Kenshin, the choice is fine.

Both opening/endings are iconic, hard to choose between them. I kind of agree that the Heart Sword song suits the series and Kenshin more. Openings tend to be remembered more than endings though, plus Kenshin's opening animation is really good. So that's why they chose the opening.
