>Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun
6.5/10 had some laffs but that ending scene sucked
Other anime I finished recently
>Asobi asobase
8/10 funny and ridiculous, a really fun watch
>Japan sinks
4/10 waste of time
>Masamune-kun's revenge
7/10 was interested in MC btfo'ing the girl that made fun of him for being far but that quickly became the least of his worries. Had to read the manga to see the shit show swap but oh not really ending
>Kaguya-sama s1
6/10 not as funny as the others. The main premise/joke got stale for me very very quickly. Was genuinely more interested in side characters like chika(?) and laptop boy than the main two spamming autism at each other
Steins Gate 4/10, it was below mediocre, bad music, bad artstyle, bad animation, bad story, bad characters, only reason it gets a 4/10 is because Okabe voice acting was pretty good.
Wow I disagree. I really liked steins gate. Steins gate 0 was unnecessary though.
this shit was ruined by the bland side cast. i dont give a shit about any of them. just give me more dense nozaki moments.
I enjoyed some of them. Seo because of her personality and her "romance" with wakamatsu but also because Miyuki Sawashiro voiced her. Ironically one of the most boring/unnecessary characters is the "heroine" Chiyo Sakura. I'm glad the romance between her and nozaki was non-existent and it just focused on hijinks
>Tsubasa Chronicle S2
Don't. Just don't. Read the manga while listening to the Yuki Kajiura soundtrack. Avoid the anime at all cost.
I never managed to finish Steins Gate. I just got bored. I did get the Makise Kurisu figma, though, but my cat ate her hair. I miss that little fucker, he was the best cat that ever lived, even though he ate Kurisu's hair.
Nothing really happens until like episode 11 or 12
Katanagatari was great because I already liked nisio's dialogue but made me think nisio is basically made for shaft, and while white fox absolutely nailed the visual style and kept it interesting a lot of the actually fighting was floaty, weightless, and choreographed sloppily. lucky the fights aren't nearly the selling point of the series, so it's still pretty damn good, but compared to monogatari, where shaft uses the long stretches of dialogue and their trademark style to make the most out of limited cuts, and then exploding quickly when nisio does actually throw action in with their experienced in house animators, that kind of thing works best
>Japan Sinks
6/10. Didn't really care for the characters so it didn't impact me much. The old man killing people in his wheelchair was the highlight
I'm the opposite .I loved katanagatari but can't get into monogatari at all. I've tried to watch bake a few times and can't get past episode 3. Whenever I post this anons say I'm not smart enough, got filtered, or have a short attention span and would be better off watching brainless shounen action anime. Idk what to say but I love katanagatari but found what I saw of monogatari boring and uninteresting.
>Can only describe in terms of bad/good
Yeah, shit taste and shit rating
I don't get why it gets so much praise. It was no longer interesting after like episode four. The old man no scoping people and the kid getting hit by a rock were the only parts that were entertaining. The rest was just bland, and none of the deaths were really unpredictable as they just kept happening. The animation also has a ton of moments where it degrades immensely
I’m glad your cat ate her hair, user.
>Monogatari
10/10
>SoreMachi
9/10
8/10, a little bit too repetitive
>Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru
I'd give it a 7/10. It was pretty good up until the ending. I liked that the first half of the series was slice-of-life; it helped set up the characters and get you attached to them. Also, the "edginess" was pretty grounded, i.e. it was natural and didn't seem to be there for the sake of being dark. The ending, however, I thought was rather forced. It felt like the writer wrote himself into a corner and kinda had to bullshit his way out to get a happy ending.
This is only about the first season, I have yet to watch anything beyond it.
There's MAL for a reason you autistic tripfag.
Utena is my favorite anime of all time, so I'm going to have to make a scene.
It's repetitive on purpose. The repetition of the show reflects the fact that everyone in the school is caught in a loop of neverending adolescence. Only when they escape the loop do they escape Ohtori Academy. Utena failed to escape at the end of the show, but she set Anthy free. The movie showed Anthy going back to Ohtori to rescue Utena.
it's not like I didn't think katanagatari was bad, it's easily one of the best I've seen, but shaft has (or had, rather) some of the best animators in the industry and even when their budget was low, oishi's ability to keep things interesting with few cuts and long stretches of dialogue allowed them to give as many cuts and key frames as AbeGen or Imamura needed when there was going to be any fighting. Shichika fighting Nanami was great thematically, and had some great visuals too, but the animation was just a visual formality. It did nothing for the scene and was merely there to show fighting was going on. Araragi fighting Kanbaru was great thematically, full of incredibly memorable visual flourish, and the animation was viscerally disgusting. It wasn't just showing a fight, but contextualizing the story in a direction tangential from the dialogue and setup
oh wow we have a new tripfag on the block
Symphogear GX was a 6 or 7.
You guys only validate his fagotry by replying its exactly what tripfags want. Just sage/report and move on.
>implying I didnt
Takarajima
4/10 I hated last episode
Last one I completed? Can't remember exactly, so I'll just rate some of the last few shows I watched last season.
>Brand New Animal
6.5/10. Not a terrible show, the relationships and concepts discussed were interesting, if the reveal at the end was properly foreshadowed I would've bumped this up to a 7.5 or an 8. Sadly, it suffered from Trigger ending syndrome.
>Yesterday wo Utatte
7/10. Nice little drama about the pains of learning how to properly communicate. The ending was DEFINITELY rushed, but if it had a couple more episodes it could've maybe been AOTS.
>Kaguya-sama S2
9/10. AOTS for me. A very good adaptation of a fantastic manga. I can't even find much to complain about, the worst is that there are too many skipped chapters and that the ending framing for the photo only showed my favorite panel in the manga for about 2 seconds. But still a fantastic adaptation. Looking forward to S3 when we get to the cultural festival and confession, probably. If my memory serves right.
>Mob Psycho 100
Entertaining show, 6/10
Gundam IBO 6/10
Koisuru Asteroid
7.5/10 very endearing characters, pleasant to watch and I'm probably biased because I have a minor in geography
