A lot of things lost potential. Maybe should've double down on making Another arc focused on cooking instead of being rushed to the point that you need to wait 85925817 years in a single chapter to get the ingredient. That shit was retarded and likely the time where it went all downhill from there. Don Slime was another chapter sink where no one even remembered him. There's a lot more things that went to shit but the mangaka either gave up at some point or wanted things to end because he ran out of material.

Never looked into this series, quick rundown?

Toei and Shuueisha wanted to boost Toriko. Too bad they forgot the DB/OP anime treatment doesn't work if the manga/anime don't have a core following to begin with already.

Toriko had an OVA by Ufotable which was much more violent and similar to the manga

The Stardust Crusaders and their Stands go to the Monster Hunter universe to hunt monsters, then ask the Dungeon Meshi guys to cook them into delicious foods. Then the Dark Continent from Hunter x Hunter happens, except it actually happens.

No please, if you have a pass you should do it. I already dump chapters weekly here but even that eventually gets into post timer and captcha nonsense, for just ~20 pages twice a week. I can't imagine going through all that for an entire volume a day. I'd buy a pass if Hiro didn't only accept fuckin' crypto.

It was the greatest Shounen Manga I'd ever read. Sad that the end was rushed so we never got the Galactic arc.
Don't watch the anime. It's probably one of the worst adaptations of a manga out there.
