Didn't get the chance to ask this in the last threads but what do you guys think will happen when Baiser defeats Lord? Will she try to return to the status quo or will something or someone else interfere?

Hard to say.
Either author wants to keep upping the stakes and introduce new, more powerful villain.
Or he can keep status quo, but that would mean ending the series.

The MGs in Asuka seem to have less broken powers, but they do have guns and combat experience.
Mahoako's MGs have more powerful abilities, but they are not immune to guns and lack combat experience.

I think only Leber, Alice, Baiser(if she's staying the fuck away from them and basically supplying the battlefield with demons from afar), Sister, and maybe Sulfur stand a chance. Azul can't even create a weapon plus masochist, she's destined to lose to War Nurse. Magenta is protagonist oddball who I believe could put up a good fight but would probably fail near the end of it(needs the good ol power of friendship to win). Leopold is a already confirmed a jobber so nuff said. Loco's ability to basically destroy people with sound seems powerful but she doesn't seem bright enough to use it properly, would probably job too without Leber's help. Don't know enough about Lord yet to make a proper conclusion.

Lord's Legion eliminated every single magical girl with just 4 members without the help of giant monsters and magical mercenaries even though they already have enough minions to take over the world. They're either a step over the Babel Brigade or the MahoAko magical girls are much weaker than the Big Five.

Meh. In all seriousness, I wouldn't worry about it. The manga still seems to be focused on lewd moments more than anything. The star system is there just to give us an idea of what to expect from certain characters. It tells us why Baiser is destined to rule Enormeeta, why Kiwi sucks, and why Alice is so powerful despite being a little girl. Plus, the rules only seem to apply for Enormeeta. Tres Magia has no stars and they can still beat Baiser & co. most of the time. To sum it up, I don't think's it the worst system compared to the power level shit Seven Deadly Sins pulled out of nowhere.

How long until MahoAko gets an anime so that we can get a Quartet with the other "grown-up" magical girl shows (MGRP, Asuka, Machikado Mazoku etc.)?

I'd say we still have a long way to go. First of all, the series isn't out in English yet, so, we have no idea how much money it will make in total. Second, we obviously don't have enough chapters for even season 1 of this series but we are pretty close. Baiser defeating Lord is the estimated ending point for a possible season 1. Third, we have no ideas of the author's plans. While I think it would be a waste if this didn't get animated, he could be planning for this to be a complete work like "Kumika No Mikaku" which only lasted 6 volumes. Finally, how many other series in the magazine that "Looking up To Magical Girls" is published in have gotten an anime? If the number is low then the chances are low as well. In my opinion, it's best not to worry about anime. Many other popular works like Fire Punch or Psyren have never received an anime. Also, we now live in a era were CGI anime trash is popularized. Would you really want an anime for your series if it was confirmed that it would be CGI trash? "Just enjoy the ride while it lasts" is a good saying.
