ABSOLUTE JUSHIN!
ABSOLUTE JUSHIN!
the ending was so fucking rushed its painful, considering all the excellent build up.
SAO was pretty cool
kino
I don't remember disliking the final arc. I DO remember disliking the Hwalbindang arc.
This series is so fucking great.
>gf sick
>'hey i know some alternative medication that involves black magic'
>'aight lets do it'
where did it goes wrong?
>I DO remember disliking the Hwalbindang arc.
That arc was good though.
I don't remember disliking a specific arc, everything was great for me
Having to sit through those overpowered Robin Hood fags acting all self-righteous chapter after chapter was painful. But it was worth it for when MC and the undead guy get sick of their shit and just murder them all.
BALL BUSTER
>Having to sit through those overpowered Robin Hood fags acting all self-righteous chapter after chapter was painful
It was only like 8 chapters, and only really like half of them were self-righteous.
Yeah, black guy and pompadour guy were only there for the money
This, the ending would've been great with a few more chapters.
I still think this series had the best solution to the age-old question of "how is the hero supposed to beat the overpowered antagonist without resorting to an asspull?"
It was so silly, yet also so fitting.
Was this peak gook comic?
What went wrong?
>Was this peak gook comic?
Yes
>What went wrong?
Webtoons.
Anyone can recommend series similar to this one?
Given how bad most of them are, I think your question should be "What went right by accident?"
Superior is the only thing that is somewhat similar to SAO.
If you are looking for manhwa that is good and not webtoon then The Breaker series is also good.
Berserk has a bunch of similarities in terms of the general premise, but tonally they're pretty different.
>"how is the hero supposed to beat the overpowered antagonist without resorting to an asspull?"
What did he do again? It's been almost a decade and I already forget about it.
It's kinda sad knowing that most Manhwafags nowadays regard stuffs like TOG and Solo Levelling as some kind of Saviour while at the same time they don't realize how much Manhwa has fallen in terms of quality
Munsu dies right before he can get to Aji Tae, but remains standing after death. Aji Tae is all excited because the only guy he feared is dead. Munsu's sidekick girl attacks Aji Tae from behind in a fit of rage, and Aji Tae acts all confident since "haha I'll just turn around and look at her which lets me disintigrate her".
Turns out Munsu's standing on his cloak. Meaning demonboy can't turn around. The last thing the near-omnipotent villains sees before getting a sword through his head is the smug grin of Munsu's corpse.
Wish this could get a not shit anime.
Are we thinking of the same Superior? I liked it a lot, but it never struck me as similar to SAO.
The Breaker is a good suggestion though.
>how is the hero supposed to beat the overpowered antagonist without resorting to an asspull?"
With a HUUUUUGEEE asspull? What the fuck are you talking about, the author wrote himelf into a corner, the ending was atrociously stupid.
How was it an asspull? MC jus took advantage of the villain's blind spot.
Pic related is another cool manhwa, unfortunately it drags on too long and the first 10 or so chapters are better than anything that comes later
That's not an asspull.
What's even good other than this? Not to mention it was also published in Japan.
I've read only a handful, like Unbalance x Unbalance and Ragnarok, and those two aren't exactly good.
