I always wondered why part 4 wasnt that good. The antagonist is good and built up good. The cast of charcters is good okuyasu nijimura for example is hilarious. The stands are some of the best in the entire show. But even with that all I liked part 5 over it.

Part 4 is actually my favorite part just because fo how casual it is for a Jojo story. Rather than some big journey constantly traveling and changing locations it's kinda nice to see a grounded story taking place in a small town instead.
