Well, Luna, Judah, Ice Witch and Sun were pretty much the same on genetic level anyway

He met Judah in the tree, died and got reunited with Luna in the afterlife movie theater

So every one of the blond characters were evolved humans. We have no idea how they got there though.

Luna died at like what, 14? At most? He'd lived with Judah for a decade as his sister, fallen for her in his own twisted way, and she reciprocated and fucked him.

They were in love.

All throughout the manga Agni and Judah became whoever the people around them expected them to be.

Did Agni really "live" if he was always someone else?

He wasn't Sun either.

Not him and I'm not 100% sure, but I think some character at some point comments on his resemblance to Judah.

Sun drops Judah near the end right before Agni confronts him because she looks too much like him and it disturbs him.

Most of Agni died when Judah blew his brains out. That's why you see him sit down with Luna and start watching.
But both of them can't leave yet because there's still a part of them that hasn't died yet. Judah is still a tree and Sun is wandering the earth for almost eternity.
Once both died in the final chapter, they can finally exit the theater and pass on.

Because they were pieces of the people who knew each other at the beginning. Tree Judah and Sun-agni finally recognized each other and left the decaying universe together.
