I am just going to post this every time someone is trying to shill one of these AMPL forks that changes the rebase mechanism, because someone will unfortunately almost always fall for it. You didn't watch the 20 seconds of video? Really? Ok. The simple reason for the dampening effect of a 24 hour rebase period - is that you don't want a currency with an elastic supply to OVER RESPOND to the market - you want the rebases that follow the general market TREND.
All these forks with quick rebases are LOW effort attempts to take your money and capitalize on the truly revolutionary idea of an elastic supply in a base money.
