I am just going to post this every time someone is trying to shill one of these AMPL forks that changes the rebase mechanism, because someone will unfortunately almost always fall for it. Making the rebases more frequent is a fucking terrible idea and the reason for this is outlined right here. Go on, watch it - I even found the timestamp and included it in the link for you:

You didn't watch the 20 seconds of video? Really? Ok. The simple reason for the dampening effect of a 24 hour rebase period - is that you don't want a currency with an elastic supply to OVER RESPOND to the market - you want the rebases that follow the general market TREND.
All these forks with quick rebases are LOW effort attempts to take your money and capitalize on the truly revolutionary idea of an elastic supply in a base money.

If the mechanism is $1 then it would mean until Ruze is 322 RUZE = 1 ETH there will be negative rebases. So we will either see negative rebases each hour or it's gonna get bought up to above that so we see positive rebases. Right now it's more than 14000 RUZE for 1 ETH
