But what are the risks involved of staking? If you’re adding your stack to the liquidity pool, aren’t you basically giving away your holdings to the “order book” to be bought up by others? I don’t exactly know how UniSwap works

Doesn't it require you to have a matching amount of eth as well? So you need buidl + eth to stake.

no, you will lose buidl and gain eth as the price goes up, and vice versa. you also get trading fees. people who staked when staking released have probably "lost" 30% of their buidl (and almost doubled their eth)
