With the anime returning next year, the misconceptions, personal opinions everyone has about Bleach and some hate that it gets, I thought it would be great to have a re-read with Zig Forums. It's a series that I adore with all of its flaws and shortcomings from beginning to end. Let's hope everyone is able to put their personal biases aside and can read the manga for what Kubo was trying to tell and then give their opinion on that at the end. Besides, it's been years since the manga ended and many forgot the details, so it would be good to refresh our memory before watching the anime next year. Maybe your opinion on the series could change, becoming more positive or negative.

Halibel lost to Hitsugaya Barragan was a horrible matchup but is a specal arrancar regardless, as is Ulquiorra. Stark would get bodied if Shunsui went Bankai Yammy lost to Kenpachi and Byakuya

Baragan, Ulquiorra, and Stark can all beat mid and low tier captains I'd wager they can beat tons of Sternriters as well

He's not wrong. Halibel got outplayed by Tenso Jurin and was sealed in Hyoten Hyakkaso. Databook and manga says Wonderweiss bailed her out with his negation scream.

No Harribel was being overwhelmed with 3 opponents 2 of them with hollow masks on. Aizen just decided she probably would feel better being ended by his blade than the shinigami's
It may take Szayel's form but it's all in Mayuri's mind so it's Mayuri himself taking a step back and re-assessing the situation.
It reflects well on Mayuri that if he missteps he reminds himself of other people making the same mistakes and adjusts his behaviour accordingly. Even if the way it's shown makes him look like a schizophrenic.

She pretty much lost to Hitsugaya before that and needed external aid. Blame Kubo's shota fetish for giving her the worst matchup.
Harribel was honestly very disappointing theoretically she should be at least stronger than Ulquiorra's first release, which stomped masked Ichigo whom was on par with Grimmjow in release state whom should be way stronger than Luppi, the guy Hitsugaya actually struggled with then somehow Hitsugaya was able to keep up with Harribel she was a huge letdown, there's no doubt about it
Dub only they had fun with it, the anime did too by showing the dude actually thrusting with Uryu having lins about how the fuck could he do that when we can't show that stuff on TV! He even did it again in the Karakura Risers episode when Riser Pink molested the rabbit arrancar off screen with Uryu telling us because of her method of "fighting" they can't show it we don't immediately see Rabbit arrancar until another episode of that mess and she's resonability terrorfied of the idea of seeing riser pink again and is thankful it's just Kon for that episode
