I hated most of the filler of 3 and now I'm getting really tired of 4, can I skip to SBR without missing anything yet

SBR is a whole new continuity so you can read it at any time.

The parts after 4 have very few filler arcs

Jojolion is aimless> First half is about discovering Josuke’s true identity, second half about saving Holly and more focus about rock humans, rokakaka and Higashikata family history
Jojolion is full of enemy automatic stands> Born this way, Doobie Wah, Blue Hawaii. Maybe we can consider also Milagro Man. That’s about it
Every battle is a chase battle> Born this way, Doobie Wah, Blue Hawaii. That’s it

Here's how the final battle in Jojolion will unfold:
With the flashforward 13 minutes before the harvest, we know that nothing will end with the head doctor’s demise, after all we still have Jobin, Kato and Tsurugi with his evolved stand.
Now, what is the normal power of Paper Moon? Alterate people’s perception of one object. I think that with its evolution, Paper Moon can alter people’s general perception. The mother thinks to put the baby into her lap, but put him into the fountain. Ojiro thinks to walk a few steps towards Tsurugi, but he walks many steps almost falling into the cliff.
Now, Josuke will fight against Jobin with the bubbles imbued with the power of the spin, a very fearsome power. How to prevent it? Altering Josuke’s perception about the position of his bubbles and Jobin’s.
So,the bubbles will not hit Jobin and Jobin can attack with Speed King. How can Josuke attack Jobin? Of course, with a stand capable of guiding people toward the right direction: Paisley Park. Paisley Park will guide Josuke and his bubbles towards Jobin, despite Paper Moon’s deception.

In part 4, Kira’s bubbles cannot reach Josuke, so he uses his father Yoshihiro to guide him and his bubbles, meanwhile Josuke fights assisted by Hayato, a kid. We will have the same thing, but in reverse: Josuke (Kira) guided by Yasuho (Yoshihiro) VS Jobin (Josuke) and Tsurugi (Hayato)
And Kato? Considering that Norisuke is dead, or at least incapacitated, Rai is almost surely dead, Mitsuba and Tsurugi are with Jobin and the other Higashikatas have stands too specific (Daiya, Nijimura), the only option is Joshu (maybe assisted by Hato or Yasuho ). Joshu is the one with a stand very fit to combat, has yet to express his full potential and for now it’s the character alongside Norisuke (who can’t fight right now )that has the more (mutual) hostility towards Kato

Wonder of U still ticks a lot of the automatic stand fight boxes without being one itself.
