What are you watching/reading? The only one I can think of that fits this description is Bungou Stray Dogs, the Ragnarok manga, and tsuki ga michibiku isekai douchuu. The latter is less of a revolt against god and more of a "Shitty goddess dumping me in the middle of nowhere" kind of relation.
