Next hearing for dismissal is August 26th. If its settled then, the timing would almost make me want to believe in the Mellon LARP about it going to 2k in September. That is baloney though, but I definitely think it will break ATH.

I do not know, unfortunately I am not well versed in the inner workings of the legal process. It COULD be the final hearing if the Judge rules in their favor, although its possible the plaintiffs could appeal the ruling. The 2nd securities case was just moved to California, and it looks like Ripple is aiming to combine the two cases so that one ruling will settle things. I would do some more research before taking the plunge. I am confident in my own assessment but, only you can decide for yourself.
