stats.sentinel.co/ ^here you can see the historic data on the dVPN userbase, currently it has 100k weekly users, IOS app release should significantly boost the userbase
Exidio is coming... you guys have NO IDEA what this means for Sentinel but it’s bullish AF!!!

sent app might have 100k weekly users but its free, how sent holders benefit ?
Sebastian Hall
when main net launches later this year , full monetization will be enabled and after main net fiat gateways and credit card integration will be enabled too.
SENT coin will be used to secure the cosmos based DPOS chain, holders will get yearly interest probably above 10% and part of the fees from app usage and txn fees + secondary usecases.

Ikev 2 nodes ? Explain to a brainlet
Zachary Flores
currently sent dvpn uses openvpn but IOS store doesn't allow to use it freely, ikev 2 instead freely works on ios, sentinel aims at having an implementation on each major protocol: -openvpn -ikev2 -wireguard (wireguard release will come in the same period as the v3 desktop client and will be one of the biggest releases, cause it will allow hardware integration)
Isaac Murphy
anyway the ikev 2 node allow anyone to sell their bandwidth on IOS thats the simplest answer, it will be interesting to see which nodes consumer prefer , i think that after some months people will converge to wireguard nodes
people need orchid permission to host nodes on their network, enough said, also they partnered with PIA which is a well known mossad honeypot, lots of their investors are underwater and VCs will keep dumping on retail, same as any other coinbase coin

How do i set up a dvpn node ? How will staking work ?
Anthony Russell
We know your discord shills same fagging. Must be the sent team themselves . Pathetic
Jordan Fisher
i tried it and got dns leaks every time, is this a testnet thing?
windows, are there any dates for the v3 or main net release?
Jaxson Sanchez
might be a windows thing, just tested on android and it looks fine
Caleb Rodriguez
Development takes time user, its only normal that a project as ambitious as sent gets some delays, but keep in mind that even if the main net was delayed many other things were developed the ikev 2 nodes are just an example
Juan Martin
Ive been following sent for a while i might host some nodes and a validator after i understand how, delays are fine if main net gets released without bugs
staking will work the same as tezos on cosmos, when main net launches you will be able to select a validator and lock your tokens to earn part of his block rewards, validators will offer different yields
Easton Fisher
v3 will come before main net (cause its necessary for main net deployment) they should both come out Q3 ok thanks for reporting
