grimmjow, in particular, was shown as adjuchas but never as vasto lorde

Barragan. He was king of Hueco Mundo afterall. Pretty obvious too when looking at his hollow in the flashback.

Stark for sure. Only a Vasto lorde could have such high reiatsu that it kills other hollow within a range.

Halibel is a likely one. The anime filler portrays her in the flashback as being a vasto lorde though, since she has human features as a hollow.

Nnoitra is a BIG maybe. Szayel is also big maybe when considering that whole thing about him being the original Cero Espada but that's possibly non-canon. Yammy is a HUGE maybe, he was the Cero Espada but I believe that he was likely just a freak of nature Adjucha similar to Ikomikidomoe who was an Adjucha but so powerful that Barragan and Iko agreed to not ever confront each other.

So does this mean he was a natural Arrancar like Starrk? Because I was under the assumption Starrk was the only one which is why he was the only person to mention it.

Syazel is a Vasto Lorde which regressed into a Adjuchas and was booted out of the espada before he managed to rejoin.

The only Vasto Lorde who truly jobbed was Harribel, since she needed Wonderweiss to break her out of Hitsugaya's ice prison and would've been stuck there otherwise.

shunsui was caught off-guard by external circumstances, it was a balanced battle otherwise

Not sure why Bleach cast all these well known seiyuu for the Gotei 13 and the Espada, it's not like children care about who voices a character. Same with One Piece.

All confirmed Vasto Lorde were stronger than your average captain, though. Except Harribel, but you could argue she got unlucky matching against ice.
