If you look closely you can see 20kg on the weights he has 13 on one side so you can roughly say he has 13 on the other side so with some simple math he's curling 520kg. What a fucking unit

I think this series is starting to get a little unrealistic. How can anyone light 520kg with one arm?

I'm gonna guess each plate is 15kgs. I count 13 plates and one smaller plate (lets say it's 10kgs) on each side. This is one side of the bar.
So that's roughly 430kgs with one arm.

13 plates on each side, 20kg a plate, plus the bar looks like a solid 280kg, the current world record for curl is 113kg. The issue I see though curling with a set up like that would be more of a balance issue than a weight issue.

in the same manga we had a guy who can cut things because he has exceptionally strong finger tips, a midget who was using his hair to throw the MC across the arena, a guy who made craters because he headbutted the ground, MCs main gimmick was speeding up his heart manually and MCs boyfriend could twist holes in concrete by twisting his wrist.

It's pretty low showing compared to what characters can do in battle. Making stone explode from your strikes would require way more force.
