Why do they do this? It feels like precure alternates between fresh and different stories like Stinklepri and cookie-cutter casts like hearing gud.

There is a Precure store officially, it is likely there. They even carry pins and artwork from the manga by the twins, it's nice that the manga is included since the art there is different but cute too.

That isn't a Pretty Store but a secondhand/resale store. Note all the RNG badges and shikishi being displayed in plain sight and the Aine board. Whoever tweeted it would've probably noted the store or area.
