Well, all you really have to do to piece it together is watch only up to a checkpoint, and then only the "real" loops

Arc 1: Idiot blunders around the capital until he winds up in front of an appa stand, suddenly changes demeanor entirely and starts looking for Felt. Points Reinhard at the loot house, helps protect against a super assassin (even calling Puck's name despite having never met him)

Arc 2: Wakes up, meets Beatrice. Wakes up again, learns magic, puts 180% into tryharding until he gets a lap pillow. Befriends a village.
Identifies a shaman and source of curses and puts a stop to a mabeast attack. Has Rem's eternal love.

Arc 3: Embarrasses himself in front of everyone but also makes a lot of high-profile acquaintances and helps Emilia make her case as candidate despite spazzing out. Recruits a rival house to MURDER A LEGENDARY MONSTER and then successfully fend off a Witch Cult attack, including killing a bodyhopping Archbishop with invisible hands.

Frankly he's some kind of hypercharismatic organizer savant as far as anybody can tell from the results.
