The MC is pretty one note. He doesn't really have a personality.
The episodes are slice of life and aren't philosophical
there is some romance and a plot twist, sure... but that's really it.
The large majority of the show is aimless
the fat guy, tutuoru, idol, vegetable girl, and even future girl aren't memorable and are merely used as plot devices or wish fulfillment.

there are a few plot holes too, like why MC has the ability in the first place.
Sorry! It's not a good anime. It's nowhere near FMA and is just over hyped like Hunter X Hunter.

That's....wrong. Okabe is always either trying to save/help someone or trying to get to the bottom of CERN/ time machine stuff.

While they certainly aren't as fleshed out as Kurisu and Okabe, i'd say that's going too far. They are perfectly fine for the purpose they serve in the narrative. You can't really have a huge amount of character development in a story that keeps jumping backwards in time.

This is fair, but not enough to make it bad. If he didn't have the ability there would be no story and i'm fine with leaving it open-ended.

I don't think anybody likes it for that reason m8. The slice of life stuff and the story/feels are what is kino, the science stuff is just paint over the core, necessary for the plot.
