If Lucifero is the last one then Zenon's devil and Megicula are probably the 2nd and 3rd to last respectively. That leaves 7 other devils to be defeated, which confirms that the Disciples we've seen so far didn't have their own devils.

It makes sense that they'd have to rescue Yami and William because there's no way the main trio are going to defeat the Triad anytime soon, but the 3 day time limit is total nonsense. Asta couldn't even handle a 60% Dante after 6 months of training, so what difference is an extra 3% of training time going to accomplish? It would be better if they just planned for a stealth mission rather than a battle. Nacht is very sneaky and so is Gueldre, and Asta can't be detected with magic. Then you just need Finral or someone to transport Yami and William away.
