>Here's your auteurs bro
Modern anime is shit.
Here's your auteurs bro
Thanks Robot #94353645436435, keep doing it!
It's cute when a surrender monkey thinks he's speaking English but a nearly identical frogspeak word slips through.
Neither are on the level of hackery of Anno and Miyazaki.
I miss Dezaki
Miyazaki hates Dezaki and his trash anime, and rightfully so.
Why, because he tried to elevate the medium to something more than kid’s crap?
But Anno and Tomino like him. Miyazaki just hates his style and mushi pro in general.
>Anno and Tomino
Why would anyone care about the opinion of these literal hacks that did more damage to anime than anyone else?
>auteurs
You have to go back'
Now you're just being stupid. I can keep going, with directors like Ikuhara and Oshii. Miyazaki is the only one known to dislike dezaki.
Keep seething because Yuasa would never do this on this shithole
Miyazaki is the biggest hack of all times and loves smelling his own farts.
come on, people have been calling japanimation animé for decades now.
and the colored girls go-
Ikuhara was the biggest Dezakifag but he isn't really relevant anymore. Tomino is one too but he's getting old. Anno really isn't.
Shinbou is one too but he'd rather run a studio than direct.
There's a reason everyone apes Takahata and not Miyazaki.
But Shinbou does direct, more often than people give him credit for. Oishi is the real auteur of Shaft anyway
Anno loves Ace wo Nerae. Not sure what your criteria for dezakifag is, but what makes you say he isn't?
I have yet to see anything decent from Yuasa, Ping Pong is his best work and it's utter shit.
More like you should tell me what it is you think Anno does that's remotely like Dezaki's wheelhouse. Even something like pic related isn't done the way Dezaki would do it.
I never claimed any big influence or whatever. Just that he likes his stuff, which I think is clear by his love for Ace. Or at least that he doesn't agree with Miyazaki / the poster I replied to. Put things in context.
Dezaki is a God next to that pretentious pedophile
Why would you want him to, faggot? You want your animators to be attention whores?
>literally makes reddit-tier series like Eizouken
>posts on reddit
Why are you shocked?
Zig Forums has had people from the industry come here before, election tourist. Go check the archives.
Holy fuck what? Anno's first role as director in Gainax was an Ace wo Nerae what if. He might not be copy and paste of Dezaki's directorial style but if you think he's not a Dezakifag you're delusional
Zig Forums has quite the bad reputation no wonder very few famous people would want anything to do with this place.
I think you're both dumb for equating "fan of" and "clearly influenced by" in an "auteurs" thread. The context is abundantly clear.
You're right user, we should become like reddit and ban anyone who dares post the n word or the f slur. Fucking nigger faggots, all of them.
The only anime director I consider to be an auteur is Satoshi Kon
Yeah the context is abundantly clear. this guy said Anno likes Dezaki because you said Miyazaki hates Dezaki. Then you went off about directors who subscribed to Dezaki's method as if that somehow meant Anno didn't "like" Dezaki. Between the fact that you seem eager to name drop directors you don't seem well equipped to talk about, and the fact that you spout common misconceptions like "Shinbou doesn't direct he runs a studio" I get the impression you've just recently started learning about the most famous directors and their styles but haven't really probed into the meat of their work.
I miss Satoshi Kon, Paprika was disappointing, but the project he was working on before he died looked promising. I wish Madhouse would just release what they have of the movie instead of hoarding it in a vault, turn it into a documentary.
