Yes, that is because there is still money to suck from brainlets suffering from brain damage. That is why Safex has changed name so many times "Safe Exchange", "Safe Network" "Safex Marketplace" "The World Marketplace". Also the ticker changed: SEC, SAFEX, SFT, SFX. This is a common tactic on other scams like Onecoin who is now known as OneLife, and Dascoin now known as Greenpower. You see, this is just an example on how scams can run for several years, Dascoin and Onecoin are known scams, everybody knows it, but they still get people to buy their scam. BTW, Safex and Dascoin is like the same thing.
