livecoin is not that safe

im really hesitant to transfer several thousand euro worth of eth to a wallet that is an addon to jewwgle.

Livecoin isn't that bad. It's a bit like cryptopia in that it has no KYC, occasionally goes down, and you should never hold funds on there once you're done making trades.
I've been using Livecoin for 3 years with no issue but I get my funds off there immediately.

Also, what ratio PNK/XSN do you recommend I buy with the aforesaid money?

in theory its more valuable to you if you have 15k of it because then you can run a node and get more. i don't know if it's a scam or not but it is a riskier investment than other coins
