beats me but I have that on my blockfolio to track how much physical I own and the price is monstrously laggy all the time. I think it was still showing $23.50 back when silver was cracking $25.00 for the first time.
The chips would be perfect for billionaires who are having their gold transported overseas for vaulting or for tracking and verifying industrial shipments of PMs. Unless you're in one of the above scenarios, avoid chipped gold and chipped silver like the plague.

Silver could also crab for a while, or touch $22, even $20 before it goes up again. You can't even buy a gun in most places right now though, so factor that into your decision. Personally, I'd stack cash and wait until a breakout.
