How can we get more leftists into trading?
Leftists are notoriously bad at money, and perform poorly in areas where whether you are right or not is definitive and objective. That’s where they go into humanities and careers where there’s no solid way to determine if you are correct, and it is based on someone else’s opinion.
Getting these people into trading serves two positive purposes. One, it will enrich us. Two, it will take money from leftists, thus serving a public good.

Despite what you're seeing, very few people are into trading. In fact, if you were to ask 100 people on the streets how they are managing their money, the vast majority of them wouldn't be able to give you a straight answer.

I work in tech and have met a lot of rich people. Not “I’m an upper-middle class 400k per year” doctor or lawyer faggot but legitimately rich people worth tens or hundreds of millions of dollars, live in absurd penthouse apartments they own outright, have 7 kids all in top tier private schools, 5 super cars, etc. etc. They are the ones who invest in the companies that pay the doctor and lawyer fags.
These rich people are not leftists. Many of them are immigrants from communist countries and despise collectivism. I think you need to start mingling with actual wealth.

If leftists get into trading they won't be leftists for much longer. Whenever someone has a bigger stake in the system (e.g. becomes a homeowner, a parent, etc.), they become more conservative. If they have a stake in the system, they have something to lose.
If you want to prop up capitalism, getting leftists into trading is absolutely a good way of doing it. But not for the reasons you think.
