T212 user I forgot to answer your second question sorry, I'm not sure about transferring from Invest to ISA as I just opened the ISA after using Practice. You may have to sell and transfer money into it, I imagine it's slightly more complicated than being able to transfer stocks because S&S uses the UK ISA allowance.
