This is chapter 122. There are currently 3 untranslated chapters. There are other ways, but you could make an account on mangadex, the place the translations will likely be posted first, and follow this manga.

I usually follow manga on baka-updates, but it doesn't say anything about raws or what is the current chapter of an untranslated manga.

I found it on mangadex, but it also doesn't have any raws. Also, I don't like clicking each page, I prefer sites that loads the entire chapter in one go, and I only have to scroll down.

You are missing the point, the site still doesn't provide what I need, which is knowing is there are unreleased chapters or not, even if they are untranslated.
Also, it seems that this option only opens up if you make an account, and why would I do that if the site doesn't do what I need?
