no it takes many many times the qbits for a private key and pubkey to run shors and also check the results it takes redundancy to detect errors. to while it would only take like 700 qbits to break a bitcoin private key you can more than double that at the very least. a good estimate for bitcoin private keys from known pubkey is 2000 qbits. if you only know the address you are shit out of luck.

you can't really use any effective algo to break symmetric cyphers on a q-computer. this includes cryptographically secure hash functions (they are really interchangeable hash functions and cyphers you can use a cypher as hash and a hash as cypher).
