What if a more advanced/final version of this exists? Where instead of the user being able to impose their will over animate/living beings, the final version allows the user to exert their will over inanimate things like Tele/Psychokinesis? and by inanimate, this includes nature itself? and whatever object tries to resist against it instead breaks or split apart?
A few examples I could think of that happened in the story so far

I think Roger is called Pirate King because he managed to exert his will and dominate the one thing thought to be unconquerable, the Sea. Yes I think Roger's haki is so strong that he was able to master and control the sea, hell I think One Piece is under the sea and it would need a really strong Haki to split the ocean to reveal its location. Hell it could even be the reason why Blackbeard took Whitebeard's DF since its highly likely that he doesn't possess Conqueror so he took the next best thing for splitting things open
